  Wife and I came for the first time. It's naturally kinda nerve racking going to adult shops but an employee named Maria made our shopping very fun. She's energetic and makes it less nerve racking and is very knowledgeable and products and isn't shy about giving her opinion on items she has tried. I'd recommend asking for Maria if you're shy in adult shops as we are.

  Called ahead about gift certificate and the woman I spoke to said that the gift certificate purchased at another Cindies would be honored. My wife and I arrive and the lady behind the counter told us that this location isn't set up for gift certificates and that she would contact her manager. We shopped around and behold she couldn't get a hold of manager or phn was busy. Sounds like she was giving us the run around. Never coming back to this location again.
