  Called to get an approximate quote on price per gram on 14k gold, according to the market as of today, person on phone, refused to quote anything told me to go there, were open til 7, seemed worried to give a quote but can't waste my time with this company, you would think they would give you that information. Seemed she's trained that way to get you in, hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Not a good experience, would not recommend.
