  This store used to be great. It’s gone downhill recently. In the past several months, it seems harder and harder to get help, and things are constantly out of stock. I’m getting ready to remodel my kitchen, I asked one of the designers for help. He took copies of my drawings , and all the measurements, said he’d call, and then forgot about it. I went in two weeks later to ask if he’d gotten a chance to work on it (I understand they’re busy), he found my file at the bottom of the third pile. He said he’d “get right on it”. That was two weeks ago. Now, here’s the part I find funny! Today I went to the customer service desk to voice my concerns, and ask if perhaps they had changed management recently. I was told that they had switch management, and the person at the desk asked if I would please tell my concerns directly to the manager. I consented. The only problem was—THE MANAGER WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Conclusion—Lowes is right on the other side of the parking lot. Looks like they are going to get my 30k kitchen sale.

  Jay at the paint desk is one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most helpful guys at this store. You guys should give him a homer award for excellent customer service. =)
