  This is in response to the Jessica Gray review. As the owner of Preferred Gold Buyers I welcome all honest reviews from customers that have actually been here. Jessica Gray states that her boyfriend, NOT HER, supposedly came to my store. Therefore, her review makes no sense to me at all! Her review has hurt me considering she's never even been here! She also doesn't state the name of the store she supposedly did business with. I truly hope all those reading her review will see it for what it is. I make a point to show respect, kindness and honesty to ALL my customers. Which is why I'm proud to say that Preferred Gold Buyers has an A+ rating with the BBB.
