  Keep driving. Not sure if all are this bad, but avoid this specific T-Mobile store at all costs. They do not pay attention to what you are asking for, setup a pin# on my new account without telling what it was making it impossible to get help from anyone else on the phone/company. I was able to get the pin# they set and they "put me on the right plan" I logged in to find it was the most expensive plan the had and there was a plan for $3/month that gave me EXACTLY what I originally asked for. The 1-800 # folks were able to quickly get it sorted out and fixed once I gave them the pin #. I would give negative stars to this location based on my two interactions with them if I could.
